A horror house

My children make up all sorts of "spooky" stories, but nothing can compare to the horror that has taken place under our very roof this week. Have you seen Aliens. Where the alien rips open the stomach of its host to get out. Well this week I had to deworm my children. That's right, worms were in bedding themselves in the stomach of my children and laying their eggs on their bums! I can not think of anything in any of my childrens horror stories that is as bad as the reality of having worms wriggle through your body and mate in your backside. True horror.

Now if that doesn't make you feel ill, I have also been scratching my scalp incessantly wondering if I have small insects living in my hair. This has been my concern since we had my niece Tully over who, for these hair living mites, has a bountiful jungle of hair. I 'm hoping my 5 fair, sparsely haired children didn't make the cut for these creatures.

So I have watched alot of Hitchcock, read Stephen Kings, but really having a house full of kids can create far more horror then any of these!

Thanks for reading, how do you like me so far?

ps. Aaron has asked me to apologise for misspelling Dolcies name in the last blog. Just goes to prove my point!

more from the life of jake, timothy, arthur, dollcie, and molly.

So we went to the zoo for the last day of school holidays with the 4 cousins and two aunts. Arthur tells me his favourite animal was James his cousin. Must have seen him eat his lunch, common mistake. Jaked liked the tapir, but referred to it as the pig-cow-horse-ant eater-elephant-hippo-thing. It was a fun day.

So now Timothy is back at preschool and Jake at school, and I just want to say,"School Sucks!". I miss them and I know your all ( oh wait no followers....) think I'm crazy to want 5 kids at home all day but it's just fun. I have had I lot of people tell me to home school if like here that much which is great but I can't speel so that puts that to rest i guess

Well I guess I will just buy some more craft glue and plan some more craft fun for the next holis. I have explained to Dollcie that the craft glue is not to be used on people, and explain to Arthur that if Dollcie tells him to do something silly like glue himself to one of the dining chair he should say no. So next holis should go much smoother in that respect.

thanks for reading.

ps my favourite animal was Timothy, I liked him so much I bought him home.

to whom it may concern.....

So its school holidays and with 5 kids at home ready to be entertained I figure what better time to start my own blog, what with my ridiculous amount of free time! Not sure who would follow me but I'm sure the venting will do me good, plus there has to be someone out there who needs to know how to get yogurt out of a lounge cushion after their "darling" has done a "painting", or how to politely reply when a stranger comments on how you must not know whats the cause of your many children. Even how to cook with a toddler on your hip a baby in a sling hanging off you, and two preschoolers sitting on the bench telling you to add more of their favourite ingredients, while you eldest screams at you to help him with his homework?

Look in essence this is going to be a blog about living in a zoo, basically, a fun zoo with the greatest animals in the world: Jake, Timothy, Arthur, Dolcie, and Molly. At least to save the innocent that's how I'll be refering to them from here on in.

Enjoy all none of you......
